Holistic Support Services

  • Our in-home care model is designed for individuals who wish to remain in their own homes during serious illness or at end of life. This is non medical, high-level caregiving supported by active coordination and oversight to ensure stability, safety, and continuity.

We manage and oversee all caregiving in the home. This includes staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, and direct communication with hospice teams, physicians, and family members. Shifts are guaranteed to prevent gaps in care, with structured systems in place to maintain consistency and accountability.

The goal is not only to keep someone at home. It is to create a coordinated environment where wishes are honored and families receive true respite and steady support during one of the most demanding seasons of life.

*All services found below are available and integrated into this service model.

  • End-of-life planning is a proactive approach to ensuring your wishes are respected and your loved ones supported during challenging times. It involves documenting your preferences for medical care, appointing trusted individuals to make decisions on your behalf, and considering personal, spiritual, and cultural values in preparation for end-of-life.

  • Respite services offer crucial support for caregivers and their loved ones during the challenging period of end-of-life care. These services provide temporary relief to caregivers, enabling them to take much-needed breaks while ensuring their loved ones receive the care and support, they require.

  • Caregivers are vital in supporting individuals and families. However, high caregiver turnover and burnout can disrupt care continuity, impacting everyone involved. Our Caregiver Training & Integration services empower caregivers and families, ensuring consistent and compassionate care.

  • Sitting vigil is a deeply meaningful practice, ensuring that individuals nearing the end of life are never alone. This involves providing unwavering support and companionship at the bedside, honoring their dignity, and easing their final moments.

  • Ancestral Homekeeping is a deeply reverent and holistic approach to after-death care, honoring the traditions, rituals, and wisdom of those who came before us. It is the practice of caring for the body of a loved one at home, not only as an act of love and respect but as a way of restoring a sacred relationship with death.

  • At Sunset Lotus, we recognize that grief is deeply personal and unique to each individual. Our approach to support is grounded in this understanding, offering a variety of tailored services to meet the specific needs of each client. Whether someone seeks one-on-one counseling, group support, or therapeutic resources, our aim is to provide a safe and comforting space where clients can explore their feelings, process their emotions, and find healing in their own time and manner.

  • At Sunset Lotus, we understand the sensitive nature of end-of-life decisions, including M.A.I.D. (Medical Aid in Dying) and V.S.E.D. (Voluntarily Stopping Eating and Drinking). Our services provide compassionate guidance and support to individuals considering these options, ensuring they are informed, empowered, and treated with dignity throughout the process. We address the unique needs and concerns of each individual and their families, respecting autonomy and honoring choices while fostering a supportive environment.

  • ForeverLinkT™, provided by Sunset Lotus, LLC, is a comprehensive end-of-life planning and support service designed for families and aging guardians managing the care of adult dependents with complex needs. This program offers families peace of mind by establishing clear plans, minimizing anxieties about the future, and ensuring both dependents and their loved ones are supported.

  • Yoga Nidra is a guided practice that takes you into the liminal space between waking and sleep. It supports deep rest, nervous system repair, and access to inner healing.

Each session is trauma-informed, energetically attuned, and offered with intention. This is a space to soften, feel, release, or simply be. A return to yourself through stillness.

"At Sunset Lotus, we meet each journey with open hands and an open heart, honoring the unique path every individual and family walks. True support is personal, it evolves, and it is always grounded in deep respect for your cultural, spiritual, and emotional needs."
